Care pathway
We coordinated and structured the process with stakeholders to reach a consensus on a care pathway designed to facilitate exercise programs for pulmonary fibrosis patients.
We collected input from all stakeholders through multiple multidisciplinary sessions, where we gathered, discussed, and refined the contributions until reaching a consensus on the initial version of the care pathway.
